Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions of service and website carefully as using or purchasing from our website means you have understood the terms and agree to be bound by them.

Orders – When your purchase online you will receive an email from us confirming the transaction and amount.  We will send you an email to confirm when your goods have been despatched.  Orders will only be processed and despatched if it is deemed complete.  An order is deemed complete when all the relevant information requested throughout the order process has been entered correctly and the terms and conditions agreed.  If the order is deemed incomplete, we will email you requesting the missing information.  When the information is received, the order will be deemed complete.

Payment Terms:  Payment is required at point of sale.  Goods will not be despatched until payment is received and/or unless a credit or debit card has been verified.  All online transactions are processed using a secure server. 

Prices:  Prices are those reflected on the website and are in British pounds.  All orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the website at the time of placing the order. 

Delivery:  We shall do our reasonable best to ensure that delivery is made on time.  However, our failure to meet the delivery target shall not entitle you to terminate the Agreement in whole or in part.  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we shall deliver the product to you at the premises specified in the order form.  We shall accept no liability if the premises address is incorrect and it is your responsibility to ensure that all premises details are correct.

Returns:  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unopened and in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item and we will issue you with a full refund minus delivery costs.  You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item.  We can only accept the return of ‘opened’ items if they are faulty where a replacement or full refund will be issued.  You must notify us by email or in writing within 7 days of receiving the items if the goods are damaged, faulty, shortage or lost.  If we do not hear from you after 7 days, we will deem it that you have accepted the goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Legal Disclaimer:   The services and all information, products and other content included in or accessible from the website are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and are subject to change at any time without notice to you.  Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colours are accurate.  However, all measurements are quoted and approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and electronic publishing processes will allow.  We reserve the right to change product descriptions at any time.

Website & Email Security:  We do not guarantee that the website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes.  We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use the website.  Additionally, in the very limited circumstances that an unauthorised third party intercepts emails between us, we shall not be liable to you for any loss, expense or damage incurred or suffered by you in connection with such interception.

Limitation of Liability:  We shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by the customer or any third party unless it is caused by the negligence  

Credit & Debit Card Payments

Credit cards are checked and verified by Shopify and Paypal who accept all major credit and debit cards and use the latest secure server technology to ensure this information is protected to the highest standards. 

Data Protection

We will never pass your details onto a third party for marketing purposes.  The following are the only circumstances when we may share data with others:

  • With agents (including credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies, fraud prevention and detection agencies) that we use to process the orders you place with us or other agents who we use to assist us in the service we provide to you. In this instance, we provide them with only the information needed to perform their function.
  • If you send or post offensive, objectionable or inappropriate content anywhere on the website, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the website, we may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
  • In the unlikely event that our business is ever sold to or purchased by another company as our records are part of our business.

 We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary to fulfil your order and any subsequent queries or for as long as you remain a registered user of our site.
